OPDV would like to thank the members of the following domestic violence support groups and program staff that provided valuable input for the 2008 revision of this booklet: Aid to Victims of Violence, Cortland, NY; Equinox, Albany, NY; Voices of Women (VOW), NYC; and NYC Gay and Lesbian Anti-Violence Project, NYC.
